Q: What’s the lead time for arched, angled and bespoke frames?

Lead times vary depending on the product you need. Typically, jobs manufactured from our stock are faster because we don’t need to obtain profile from you. At point of order, we will confirm an expected delivery date.

Q: Do all arched frames need a template?

No, true arches do not need a template which can save valuable time and money. Contact our sales team to learn more.

Q: Do you just sell arched and angled frames?

No, we can manufacture anything you ask. If it’s difficult, awkward or complex, we’ll do it!

Q: Do you supply glass?

Yes, in fact more and more customers are now choosing to buy glazed frames from us because it saves the time and hassle of doing glass templates which can easily get lost. We are a one stop shop, supplying as much or as little
as you need.

Q: What does your online pricing and ordering system allow me to do?
