Frame Types

We specialise in manufacturing a wide range of awkward frames including arches and angles. Our ovens heat the
profile to high temperatures, allowing us to bend and shape whatever is required.

True arches

Without the need for a template, we can manufacture true arched frames and supply the accessories and glass to complete the job.

Non-true arches

We can also bend and shape frames to a template, meaning we can make an exact frame to fit the aperture perfectly.

Conservatory shapes

Gable frames and shaped frames are a popular choice for lean-to and gable conservatories.
We can manufacture these to a point, eliminating the need for ugly cladding.

Doors

We can manufacture arched or angled uPVC doors, composite doors & French doors. Arched or shaped sashes & slabs are no problem, and we stock a range of hardware to match what you usually offer on standard frames.

Glass

We also supply shaped and arched glass, either on it own or in frames that we’ve manufactured. Ordering a fully glazed and fully fabricated solution from us eliminates the need for messy glass templates that can get lost or damaged in transit.

Fully bespoke frames

If you have a requirement that is not listed, we can probably make it. We specialise in all
